Window Cleaning

Do you only clean the outside windows?
No, we also clean windows internally as well as conservatories, uPVC and guttering. At A Dream Clean, We offer a wide range of Window & gutter cleaning services.
Do you use traditional window cleaning methods?
Yes, we specialise in providing traditional window cleaning methods as well as using new technology, providing the environment required for cleaning is safe to use this method. We aim to avoid working at heights on ladders due to legislation.
Are your service's available for residential & commercial premises and local businesses?
Yes, we currently provide a regular and reliable service to many houses and businesses in Newbury, Berkshire and the surrounding towns and villages.
Can you clean our windows in the rain?
We work in most weather conditions to maintain the frequency of our service. Working in light or medium rain and winds is a usual service standard in the window cleaning industry, however, we avoid dangerous weather like thunderstorms, lightning and heavy rain or winds.
Can you clean my windows above my conservatory?
Yes, we can normally clean hard to reach windows safely from the ground. If we can see the window we can normally clean it. If your conservatory or extension is long this might restrict access to certain windows.
Do you provide a monthly service the same time every month?
Yes, we will endeavour to honour appointments with our customers. Our service is managed on our own database management system, we keep a record of everything. Including an automatic service cycle, we offer a unique service where our customers can book a service at a frequency that they choose.
If we do not want our windows cleaned some months, will this be a problem?
This will not be a problem, we ask our customers to provide as much notice as possible, at least 24-hours notice. To ensure we can manage our accounts and provides a service route that is economical and without attending to be told "not today"
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold Employer's Liability insurance for claims up to £2 million and Public Liability insurance for claims up to £1 million.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash or cheque on the day the service is completed, or we can invoice once the service is completed so you can pay by bank transfer.

Gutter Clearance

Can you clean my gutters without using any ladders or scaffolding?
We use a specially designed Gutter Vac Clearance system which is fitted with both a 12m long extendible pole and a mounted camera. The camera means we can see your gutters from ground level, avoiding the need to climb up ladders. You'll be given before and after shots of your guttering via our system's camera so you can get a clear idea of exactly what we've done for you during your service.
Do you clean downpipes as well?
Yes, we can unclog and clean any downpipes above the ground level.
Do you need parking right in front of my property?
No, but there needs to be a spot nearby since the machinery we bring is very heavy.
Is your gutter cleaning process safe?
Our cleaning process doesn’t use any chemical products whatsoever. Each technician has also received extensive training and is covered by public liability insurance.
What payment methods do you accept?

How often should I clean my gutters?
We advise you to schedule a treatment once or twice a year, depending on the type of your property and on the number of trees and other vegetation in the proximity of your gutters.

Is there anything else I should know before you arrive?
We will require access to electricity in order to power the gutter vac clearance system.
